According to its internal regulations the company purpose is:

• The promotion, management and undertaking of activities aimed at facilitating the setting-up and development of business activities of a public and private nature in the municipality of Andorra , province of Teruel.

• The management, administration, promotion and development of industrial and agricultural land owned by the municipality of Andorra.

• Management, administration, promotion and development of municipal infrastructures for industrial and agricultural and livestock uses.

• The undertaking of advisory and research activities in general on feasibility projects, action programs, financial studies and research of any kind aimed at the setting-up and development of all types of business activities in the municipality.

• The management and coordination of assistance, subsidies and credit transactions in support of business initiatives of any kind within the municipality.

• The participation in companies that will settle in Andorra and the granting of bank securities to those companies or against any third parties.

• The promotion, planning, organization, management and coordination of business dynamization actions.
