Located north from the residential cluster, it is currently classified as industrial urban land. This industrial park is mostly consolidated and occupied by medium-size companies.

This park is targeted for small, medium and large companies not requiring a great amount of space.

· It has an aggregate area of 958,000 m2 of which 605,000 m2 are for industrial uses.

· The minimum plot is 500 m2 . There is no maximum are restriction. The maximum occupation rate of the plots is 80%.

· It has fresh water supply and water network for industrial uses.

· Natural gas supply.

· Medium and low tension power supply (with own sub-station).

· It is governed both by a General Plan and a Part Plan.

· Buildability rate is 1 m2 c/m2 l.

· Maximum height of facilities is 10m (14m visible).
