La Estación Industrial Park. Located north from the residential cluster, it is currently classified as industrial urban land. This industrial park is mostly consolidated and occupied by medium-size companies.
This park is targeted for small, medium and large companies not requiring a great amount of space.

Andorra Business Park It is located east from the land occupied by the Power Station. It is designed for big projects intensive in industrial land or subject to topographical. environmental, and energy-related restrictions or for projects requiring certain specific infrastructures.
It will take up an aggregate area of 1,812,000 m2 of which 1,146,000 m2 are for industrial uses.
It is being developed through "tailored suits", according to the needs of companies being established there in such a way as to guarantee the minimum infrastructures for the starting projects and the rest of services are being developed as they are needed and in compliance with the agreed urban development plans. |
